Mr. Syed Salman Bin Waris Gilliani is an entrepreneur in real estate and development for over the past decade. He has established various development projects in Punjab that have received a tremendous response from the public. His massive projects include Grand City Kharian, Grand City Arifwala, Tricon Center, and Grand Holdings. He started his career with a lead management company and Grand Holdings in Dubai. With the lead management company, he used to provide companies with top-notch marketing services that brought enormous success to clients. Regarding Grand Holdings, he used to buy the outstanding shares of other companies to form a corporate group.

Finally, he sold his business set up in Dubai and got settled in Pakistan to bring the world-class lifestyle into the regressive cities of Pakistan, such as Kharian and Arifwala. He took the step to establish an international standard housing society in Kharian by the name of Grand City. Transparency and timely delivery were his motto.
